Η κα Ουρανία Νικολάτου-Γαλίτη είναι απόφοιτος της Οδoντιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Απέκτησε το πτυχίο της Παθολογίας Στόματος από Πανεπιστήμιο Temple, Philadelphia, όπου σπούδασε με υποτροφία από τις Η.Π.Α.

Η Καθηγήτρια κα Νικολάτου-Γαλίτη υπηρετεί ως Διευθύντρια της Κλινικής Νοσοκομειακής Οδοντιατρικής και Επιστημονική Υπεύθυνη της Μονάδας Οδοντιατρικής Αντιμετώπισης Ογκολογικού Ασθενούς της Οδοντιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, www.dent.uoa.gr.
